Joe Strummer was the frontman for the UK punk band, The Clash. Throughout his life, he inspired countless fans with his outspoken humanitarian beliefs and relentless spirit as a musician, writer, and performer. Strummer taught people to challenge their systems of authority and fearlessly stand for their right to self-identity and expression. For my senior thesis project, I designed a vinyl record series with the purpose of communicating the story of his life, sharing his music, and inspiring people in the same way he did.
